That is why today in this Blog we will show you 3 super easy homemade body scrub recipes and simple to prepare at home!

-1/2 cup of ground coffee
-1/4 cup brown sugar
-1/4 coconut / olive oil
Mix everything in a container and stir until creating a homogeneous paste, apply to the body with gentle circular massages, let it act for 15 minutes and rinse with cold water ... perfect for normal skin. With this combination you will not only achieve smooth skin, but it will also help us improve circulation!
-1/2 cup of sugar
-2 tablespoons of honey
-5 tablespoons of coconut oil
Put all the ingredients together, mix without letting the sugar melt and let it rest for 10 minutes. Then we apply it on the body, massaging gently and let it act for 15 minutes, to finally rinse with plenty of water ... If you have dry skin and want to give it shine, this mixture is for you!
-1/2 cup oatmeal
-3 tablespoons of honey
-1/4 cup of milk
If you have sensitive skin, oatmeal and milk will help moisturize the skin. Mix the three ingredients and allow the oats to hydrate in the milk until you get a thick mixture. Apply it with gentle massages, leave it to act for 15-20 minutes and remove with warm water. Remember to always hydrate the skin after any exfoliation with your favorite moisturizer!
